2014-01-12 Debut-Tease Ball

This Sunday marks the first Debut-Tease Ball for The Atlanta School of Burlesque* which opened at the end of August 2013.  In October of 2013 a group of student chose to take the Performance Track classes, a journey that would put them on stage.  This Sunday is the end of their journey as students and for some the beginning of their professional career at 7 Stages Theatre.

The show will have performances by the teachers, a group routine by Talloollah Love's Beginning Burlesque class and the solo debuts of some amazing up and coming performers.  They have worked so very hard on these solo pieces and I was lucky enough (as one of the teachers) to get to see their amazing undress rehearsal this past Sunday and they were nice enough to allow me to take pictures!

I am, by no means a professional photographer, but here are a few pics of the debutantes as a teaser of what you can expect to see this Sunday along with the show information!  You can see more pictures HERE!  (These are rehearsal photos, no judgement!)

*There was one Debut-Tease Ball for the now defunct Studio Burlesque which was the precursor for Atlanta School of Burlesque.  We claim the performers, but Atlanta School of Burlesque is owned and operated by performers where Studio Burlesque was owned by by an investor who choose to get out of the business and hand it over to Ursula Undress, our school's fearless leader!
